Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or Machinist with die repair expertise.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform precision machining using mills, lathes, grinders, and other equipment.
• Modify and adjust tooling to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve tooling issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
