NMG is seeking a professional to own and lead the administration of our Leave of Absence (LOA) and Workers’ Compensation (WC) programs, serving as a key resource for both team members and leaders. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of leave and claims processes, partner with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure programs operate with strong compliance, operational discipline, and a high standard of service. You will also contribute to the broader Total Rewards function by providing secondary support for benefits administration and helping strengthen the effectiveness of our overall rewards operations.
