About The Position

Join Sellen’s Team. Come Build with Us. The Trades Payable Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the accounting functions performed by the Trades Payable team. They will perform and advise on a variety of trades payable and accounts payable activities, including the processing of final approvals of trades payable invoices within the Viewpoint accounting system. They will maintain the accounts payable vendor master files in accordance with Sellen procedures and policies. They will also supervise and support the Trades Payable team to sustain a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements

• 5+ years of direct applicable college education and/or work experience in a construction accounting office. OR a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 3 years management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and the full suite of applications in Microsoft Office.
• Extensive proficiency with use of Excel.
• Experience with an integrated standard business accounting program.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding written communication.
