This role plays a critical part in developing a successful events strategy for the Insight brand events team. This position will create and evangelize a framework for tradeshow event strategy that multiple stakeholders will execute on. Along the way, you will get to: Lead and Develop Event Strategy – Spearhead Insight’s strategic event and tradeshow plan, identifying key events, focus areas, and best practices for execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, services, and alliance leaders to ensure event alignment with business objectives and messaging. Brand and Messaging Oversight – Ensure consistent representation of Insight’s brand and thought leadership across all event materials and experiences. Performance Measurement & Optimization – Define KPIs, assess ROI, conduct post-event reviews, and refine strategies for maximum impact. Project & Budget Management – Oversee multiple event programs simultaneously, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure flawless execution. Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a team of event specialists, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and coaching to ensure high-quality execution, career growth, and consistent delivery across all event programs.
