About The Position

This role provides crucial administrative and organizational support for company operations, ensuring seamless execution of customer training events and other company programs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in reporting and MS Excel.
  • Experience in coordination and administrative support.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Word.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in an administrative capacity, including handling reception and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree is preferred, although a high school diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Support Training & Customer Events: Ensure excellent experiences for all customer training events, including technical training, sales bootcamps, and council meetings. Create and organize customer and rep feedback surveys to improve programs. Track sales rep performance and customer orders post-promotional visits to measure ROI. Work with sales and business managers to schedule and organize customer visits and sales training. Coordinate logistics such as travel, transportation, catering, meals, entertainment, and visitor welcome materials. Manage communication, confirmations, and related billing. Occasionally arrange travel for Sales & Marketing personnel or special company guests.
  • Tradeshow Support: Assist with planning for national, regional, and local tradeshows. Maintain inventory of tradeshow materials and demo equipment. Order necessary services such as carpet, electric, and A/V. Prepare literature, tools, and supplies for events. Coordinate shipping and return of display materials and demo equipment.
  • Training Materials & Promotional Items: Order, track, and maintain stock of training materials and promotional items. Ship items as needed and seek new suppliers to reduce costs.
  • Website Support (Backup Role): Upload updated documents and manage basic website content. Support project manager account administration and produce monthly website performance reports.
  • LMS Transition Support: Assist in transitioning the current training registration and payment process into the Learning Management System.
  • Reception Backup: Provide reception support when needed.
  • Newsletter Support: Help create product case studies for the quarterly newsletter.
  • Other Duties: Assist with special projects and organizational needs as assigned.
