About The Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Program Management: Develop, update, and administer training materials and LMS assignments. Maintain accurate training records and certifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company training requirements. Track training effectiveness and implement improvements. Partner with leaders and employees to assess skills, identify development needs, and support succession planning. Manufacturing & Employee Support: Learn production processes and equipment. Observe floor operations, engage with employees, and identify improvement opportunities. Support training needs across all shifts in a 24/7 environment. Collaboration & Communication: Attend production meetings and participate in plant committees. Share best practices with corporate and other plant locations. Represent the company in community or external committees as needed. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in training coordination, HR, or manufacturing preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Cornerstone LMS or eLearning tools helpful. Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, or compliance training is a plus. WORK & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit or walk for extended periods. Use of computers and standard office equipment. Safety shoes and glasses are required in production areas.
