About The Position

Join our team of dedicated staff in providing accessible mental health and wellbeing services for children, adolescents and families. Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of mental health care, you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. As a valued team member, you will bring Licensed Psychologist expertise to oversee the growth, competence, and professional standards of emerging and established clinicians by directing practicum and internship training, ensuring APPIC/APA aligned psychology internship and postdoctoral program compliance, leading psychological consultation and evaluation services, and guiding staff development across the division while collaborating with the Clinical Director of Community Mental Health and Wellness and other leaders to support high quality, interdisciplinary care within Wilder’s diverse community setting and One Wilder philosophy.

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) are required
  • minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct care in therapy and/or psychological evaluation
  • Must have working knowledge of psychological assessment tools and testing instruments
  • at least three years of experience supervising or overseeing the training and development of mental health professionals

Nice To Haves

  • completion of an APA-accredited program
  • prior experience working in a mental health or clinical setting
  • experience working with underserved communities
