Oversee and lead training initiatives related to new software, system conversions, new products, acquisitions, mergers, and other organizational changes. Assess future training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and the Instructional Designer to develop appropriate curriculum. Evaluate existing training programs to identify gaps and partner with relevant team members to improve content and delivery. Stay informed on current learning strategies, training methodologies, and industry best practices to drive program effectiveness. Partner with the Instructional Designer to determine optimal delivery formats, including instructor‑led, eLearning, or blended solutions. Facilitate Retail Operational Training classes as needed. Model the Credit Union’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork, and Making a Difference. Assist in driving initiatives that uphold our Vision and Mission. Perform additional duties as assigned.
