Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Training Operations Lead - Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina. Responsibilities: As a Training Operations Lead - Senior , you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Directs day-to-day C2ISR training operations for classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab events supporting hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments. Builds and maintains the integrated training schedule; coordinates trainers, facilities, lab environments, and training equipment to ensure events execute as planned. Ensures training events cover fundamental operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures for operators and maintainers. Oversees use of the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS for course setup, rosters, enrollments, training records, and reporting. Consolidates performance-based assessment and proficiency results, student feedback, and after-action reviews to brief leadership on training throughput, mission-readiness impacts, and remediation or curriculum updates. Coordinates with Government stakeholders, ISDs, Technical Trainers, QA, and operations leads to align training operations with deployment timelines and mission needs. Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Training Operations Lead or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with BS/BA , or 6 years ’ experience with MS/MA , or 3 years ’ experience with PhD . or 12 years' experience w/o a degree or 10 years' experience with AS/ AA degree
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship
  • DoD 8140 role for WRC: 411; Element: IT; Work Role: Technical Support Specialist; Proficiency Level: Intermediate / Ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with BS/BA , or 6 years ’ experience with MS/MA , or 3 years ’ experience with PhD .
