The Training Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing production training programs, including but not limited to, technical training, employee development, management, leadership, and safety training. Coordinates activities of trainers at the MSL Plant. Other responsibilities include responsible for operations, production, safety, and policy enforcement for the department. Ensuring daily reports are being completed accurately and timely, ensure employee weekly time sheets are properly filled out and approved. Plan and review the project work with the Production Manager; administer HACCP and GMP policies. Maintain lofty standards of excellence, attention to detail and the willingness/flexibility to work through peak work cycles.
