In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with an originator to structure, manage, and close debt transactions for multifamily clients. Your focus will primarily be on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products, with exposure to FHA, Bridge, CMBS, and Specialty Lending solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products
  • Prior commercial real estate experience required
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational/project-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven respect for deadlines
  • Driven, innovative, team player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product.
  • Ability to size Fannie and Freddie loans across all product types to fit clients’ needs.
  • Ability to communicate strategically and effectively with Clients.
  • Advanced familiarity with alternative capital providers in multifamily space.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess a strong interest to make processes more efficient.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Sizing loans and providing competitive and achievable soft /preliminary quotes for multiple capital sources.
  • Manage transactions end‑to‑end—from application through closing—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
  • Assists with due diligence, data input, information collection efforts.
  • Track and manage all transaction activity, maintaining accuracy and momentum throughout the process.
  • Completes market research through third party information sources.
  • Act as a key internal partner, helping drive efficiency and consistency across deal execution
