Requirements

  • BS/BA required
  • Must have 3 – 5 years of mutual fund operations experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Taking Ownership and Initiative
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality – detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Management of day-to-day activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity, to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines
  • Manage monthly and quarterly client events that have strict processing and deliverable deadlines.
  • Review and approve cash movements to our clients and their shareholders daily.
  • Managing client Service Level Agreements as well as internal and external KPI’s while ensuring they are met
  • Collaboration with other Transfer Agency business units as well as other departments within State Street
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling and resolving complex operational issues, as they arise
  • Development of a team, utilizing productivity measures available, to increase efficiency/productivity, while developing action plans to address identified areas of opportunity
  • Managing other projects or tasks, as assigned
