Transportation Assistant (Daytime Driver)

RSI Community, in the Orange County area (Chapel Hill is looking for a Transportation Assistant to work part-time Monday-Friday from 7am-9am & 2pm-4pm to assist with the transportation of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Transportation Assistant will use a company van/vehicle to provide the transportation. ABOUT RSI Provides support to over 120 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). RSI employs more than 250 clinical, direct care, nursing, and administrative staff. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid Driver's License, at least 6 months of driving experience (as a licensed driver) and a safe driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and composed in challenging situations, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
