A vacancy has arisen for a Transportation Logistics Administrator II. This is a permanent position and will report to the Senior Logistics Manager. The Health & Nutrition Logistics Administrator II is a critical operational and analytical role responsible for managing all inbound and outbound freight activity across multiple U.S. sites (Linden, NJ; Sharonville, OH; and Valencia, CA). This position ensures on‑time delivery performance, budget adherence, and data integrity while supporting cost‑recovery and savings initiatives that impact the bottom line. The role serves as a key problem‑solver within logistics operations, coordinating domestic and international shipments through TMS and SAP systems, maintaining accurate freight documentation, and ensuring full compliance with DOT and U.S. export regulations. In partnership with the Senior Logistics Manager, the Logistics Administrator II supports carrier and 3PL relationships, resolves freight discrepancies and claims, and contributes to routing strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
