HDR is seeking a Transportation Planner to help expand our services in the Midwest, with a focus on Kansas and Missouri. The position would report to the Mobility and Funding Group in Kansas City, Missouri. The individual in this position plans, directs, and monitors all aspects of large multi-disciplinary transportation and community planning projects that may include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning or closely related field
  • A minimum of 5 years experience with transportation planning
  • MS Office, CAD, ArcInfo/ArcView
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree a plus.
  • Data analytics skills a plus.
  • Preference given to local candidates.
