About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper with a strong focus on trash management to join our team. The Housekeeper will perform routine cleaning duties throughout the facility, including patient rooms, clinical areas, and office spaces, with an emphasis on efficiently managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months of experience in a commercial, industrial, or hospital setting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Trash Management: Collect, sort, and dispose of waste from patient rooms, clinical areas, and office spaces. Ensure proper segregation of recyclable and non-recyclable materials.
• Routine Cleaning: Perform dusting, mopping, wiping down rooms and equipment, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to hygiene standards and protocols.
• Collaboration: Work with the healthcare team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and waste management.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently. Capability to use cleaning tools and equipment efficiently.
