About The Position

Purpose of Position: Assist with client account reconciliations. Essential Functions: Reconciliation of client trust accounts Compare financial records from various systems Identify discrepancies Work with other departments to remediate discrepancies Provide support to other departments on recon-related issues Hybrid work schedule (two days in office). Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of account analysis and reconciliation role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage extremely large data sets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Adhere to all PHI (Protected Health Information) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines.
  • BA/BS in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and occasionally stand and walk.
  • Must have adequate hearing for phone work.
  • Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Great Plains experience is a plus.
