Your primary objective will be to prevent and address security breaches, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of public safety and security protocols, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information and instructions clearly.
- Competence in operating surveillance equipment and interpreting footage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond effectively to various situations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, verify the credentials of individuals entering the facility, and manage entry and exit procedures.
- Respond swiftly to security breaches, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities, detect potential security threats, and investigate disturbances.
- Accurately document and report all security-related incidents, activities, and observations to ensure thorough record-keeping.
