Cortez - Underground Fixed Maintenance Frontline Supervisor

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Fixed Maintenance Front Line Supervisor at our Cortez operation. The successful candidate will supervise, coach and lead fixed maintenance teams to ensure the production and development targets and schedules are met. Requirements
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in maintenance of stationary equipment and/or dewatering equipment with emphasis on vertical shafts in a planned work environment required
- Underground shaft experience required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others required
- Proven safe work record required
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment required
- Strong communication skills—oral and written required
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of supervisory experience in a mining environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach and lead fixed maintenance teams to ensure the production and development targets and schedules are met to ensure profitability and business development in accordance with the annual budget and strategic business plan
- Perform other duties as assigned
