The Union Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for union-represented employees in accordance with collective bargaining agreements, federal and state regulations, and company policies. This role will analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data, maintain compliance with union reporting requirements, and serve as a key point of contact between Payroll, HR, Operations, and union representatives. The Union Payroll Analyst will also support process improvements, ensure accurate benefit and deduction reporting, and contribute to the overall integrity of payroll operations across multiple job sites and union jurisdictions.
