Operate, test, and maintain 24 utility systems and sub-systems including environmental protection. Perform quality control checks and lab testing on equipment & systems. Manage and control chemical and supplies inventory. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance activities. Receive, treat, dispose of, and schedule removal of waste. Rotates shifts as required by the team. Position Accountabilities Will be required to earn their Wastewater License within three years. Some maintenance experience preferred since this job has limited General Technician support on off shifts. Self-directed work habits and industrious thinking traits required. May need to lift up to 75#’s occasionally when moving pieces of equipment. Assistance or accommodation may be available. Uses computer and/or phone approximately two hours a day. Extreme heat and cold as well as dust, dirt, chemicals, vibrations, and fumes are likely. Work environment will consist of inside and outside responsibilities.
