The Value-Based Platform (VBP) Product team plays a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that advance aspects of value-based care within Risant Health Organizations (RHOs). The portfolio of solutions drives outcomes – total cost of care reduction, clinical quality improvement, better experiences, health equity and simplicity – to achieve business and financial objectives. The VBP Product team partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to develop and implement solutions, ensure user adoption, and drive measurable quality, cost, and performance outcomes. The VBP Implementation Strategy & Support Lead is responsible for leading the strategic deployment and scaling of value-based payment (VBP) solutions across multiple Risant Health organizations. This role manages the VBP solutions portfolio, develops a scalable operating model, and ensures successful adoption through structured implementation, change management, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The lead develops and manages a multi-tier support model for solutions, closely coordinating with clinical and operational leads, tech and engineering and vendor partners to provide support post-deployment. The role focuses on driving measurable outcomes, resolving implementation challenges, and enabling sustained value realization for clients.
