About The Position

Join TD SYNNEX’s Accounts Payable/Vendor Master team in an entry-level role where you’ll help safeguard our financial operations. You’ll process vendor and banking updates, perform final accuracy checks to prevent fraud, and partner closely with internal teams to support timely, compliant payments. This is a great early-career opportunity with exposure across AP, Marketing, Sales, and Procurement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (entry level; recent graduates welcome)
  • Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn internal systems and workflows (CIS, SharePoint, specialty tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy; ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies
  • Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills
  • Organizational skills and time management; ability to work effectively in a queue-based environment
  • Integrity and discretion handling sensitive information (vendor master data and banking)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree (AA) preferred
  • Exposure to AP, vendor master data, banking updates, or similar finance operations (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Perform vendor account analyses and account reconciliations
  • Prepare AP vouchers for next-level review and approval
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, variances, and other issues impacting financial statements; escalate as needed
  • Set up expense vendors and maintain accurate vendor master data in internal systems (e.g., CIS) and SharePoint
  • Add and update vendor banking information with strong due diligence and fraud-prevention controls
  • Monitor vendor receivables to help prevent aging and negative financial impact
  • Manage and work from a shared mailbox; process queue-based requests in a timely, accurate manner
  • Support audit requests (e.g., provide documentation and samples); senior team members typically lead audit walkthroughs
  • Serve as designated backup for CMDM approval activities to maintain operational continuity
  • Print live checks on-site in Clearwater as needed (infrequent but essential)
