About The Position

About the Role The Vendor Claims Analyst I supports TD SYNNEX’s vendor-funded marketing activities by preparing, submitting, and reconciling financial claims. You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and funds are collected according to vendor and internal standards. This role is ideal for detail-oriented early-career professionals looking to build analytical, financial, and cross-functional operations experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience in a detail‑driven, deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess discrepancies and validate information.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly across departments (email, Teams, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organization; able to manage multiple queues and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal CIS systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and monthly accounting-related processes for vendor claims.
  • Prepare and submit claims (Marketing, Rebates, Special Pricing, etc.) using vendor-required formats and deadlines.
  • Review activity documentation and proof of performance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile claim amounts, verify expenses, and confirm appropriate documentation for approvals.
  • Research and resolve vendor claim denials; follow up until issues are closed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Cash Applications, AP, and Marketing.
  • Manage queue‑based assignments and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and potential lost funding.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner.
