As the Batbox Venue Marketing Coordinator, you are the "boots on the ground" engine driving local venue growth and community engagement. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, you play a critical role in translating high-level brand strategy into localized action that drives immediate foot traffic and venue loyalty. You are a natural connector who manages local influencer relationships, coordinates neighborhood outreach, and ensures our in-venue promotions are executed with high energy and precision. This is a fully in-person role consisting of 4 weekdays most working out of our head office (with regular travel working at our Addison Batbox) and 1 weekend day per week working from the Addison Batbox Venue to ensure presence when the venue is most popular. You must be willing to be outside the venue 50-60% of the time for community outreach and work weekends and holidays as needed. This role requires being active when people are out in the community at popular events and cultural moments to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
