As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will actively recruit new clients and promote hospital services. You will be scheduling client visits and driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to aid the productivity of the veterinary medical team. You will provide exceptional and compassionate communication with our clients to help coordinate effective patient care and influence pet parents to return and refer their friends and families.
