About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a Vetting/Onboarding Specialist, working closely with acquisition, program, and account managers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support capacity, preferably from a large organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR, Finance, or Compliance administration.
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Vet and verify business documents for potential partners.
  • Validate EIN and articles of organization.
  • Confirm business ownership and verify business records and personnel.
  • Track background checks using Accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with ADE’s, Account Managers, and BDM’s.
  • Review business documents and FAQs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Review and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide leadership to other Vetting Support team members.
  • Develop and refine new vetting processes for program expansions.
  • Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners.
  • Improve customer experience collaboratively with team members.
  • Define and execute processes independently.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Escalate issues and suggest solutions.
  • Track and report progress on key metrics.
  • Support data collection and prepare reports.
  • Manage escalations and execute routine tasks.
  • Identify operational problems and suggest solutions.
  • Provide reports to senior management and stakeholders.
