The Vice President Creative leads creative and content strategy across Express and Bonobos, shaping how both brands show up visually, editorially, and experientially across every customer touchpoint. This role is critical to building brand heat, cultural relevance, and performance at scale—while honoring the unique DNA of each brand. The VP Creative will set and champion the creative vision across both brands and lead a world-class, multidisciplinary creative organization. This leader will oversee omnichannel storytelling across art direction, design, styling, photography, video, digital, social, brand voice, and copy—ensuring creative excellence that inspires, connects, and converts. This role partners closely with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, stores, and digital teams to deliver modern, innovative, and performance-driven creative—while reinforcing each brand’s purpose and positioning.
