About The Position

Apply Digital is building a differentiated position in the Google Cloud ecosystem, with a sharp focus on AI, Gemini, and agent-based solutions. This role is the centerpiece of that ambition. We are looking for a VP-level leader to own the Google Cloud partnership end to end. That means executive relationship ownership with Google, accountability for partnership-sourced revenue and pipeline, and direct responsibility for enabling Apply Digital's delivery and sales teams to win with Google. This is a builder role inside a high-growth organization where the mandate is to make Google one of our most strategic and productive partnerships. The right candidate has deep roots in the GCP ecosystem, credibility at the executive level inside Google's field and partner organizations, and the instincts of an operator who can translate strategy into motion quickly.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years in partner management, alliances or business development, with at least 5 years working directly within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building or significantly advancing a GCP partnership from the partner side, including tier progression and co-sell motion development.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud's partner incentive structures, Marketplace mechanics, and AI-focused GTM programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini and adjacent Google AI products, with the ability to hold substantive conversations with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Background in digital services, consulting or systems integration. Agency or consultancy experience is strongly preferred over SaaS or product.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships inside a large cloud provider and inside a services firm simultaneously.
  • Executive presence with the ability to represent Apply Digital credibly at the most senior levels of Google's organization.
  • Highly operational, comfortable owning a pipeline number, running weekly cadences and building process from scratch.
  • Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution, setting direction one moment and working through the details the next.
  • Strong enablement and coaching instincts, energized by building internal capability and not just managing external relationships.
  • Self-directed with high accountability and a bias toward action in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy and Google Executive Relationships
  • Own the senior relationship with Google Cloud's partner, field, and GTM leadership, including ISV, PSO and AI-aligned teams.
  • Advance Apply Digital's partner tier standing, specializations and co-sell eligibility within the GCP ecosystem.
  • Represent Apply Digital at Google Next, partner summits, and key industry events as a named executive sponsor of the relationship.
  • Develop a multi-year partnership roadmap aligned to Apply Digital's vertical strategy in Consumer Brands, Retail and B2B Manufacturing.
  • Translate Google's product and go-to-market priorities (Gemini Enterprise, Agentic Customer Experience, Agent Builder, etc.) into differentiated positioning for Apply Digital.
  • Revenue and Pipeline Accountability
  • Own partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, with full accountability for co-sell outcomes.
  • Lead weekly joint opportunity reviews with Google's partner sales team and Apply Digital's account executives.
  • Drive utilization of Google co-invest programs including PSF, DAF and Marketplace transactable listings to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Build and manage account mapping cadences to surface net new opportunities and expand existing accounts through the GCP relationship.
  • Serve as the escalation point and executive sponsor on high-value joint pursuits.
  • Internal Enablement and GTM Execution
  • Build and own the internal Google Cloud enablement program, ensuring delivery, sales and solution teams understand how to position and win with GCP.
  • Develop partner-ready solution narratives and accelerators that can be co-sold through Google's field organization.
  • Partner with marketing to develop co-branded content, joint case studies and event presence that build Apply Digital's mindshare inside Google.
  • Create the playbooks, processes and tooling that make the Google partnership scalable across North America, EMEA and LATAM.
  • Act as the internal voice of Google, ensuring Apply Digital's practices and offerings stay aligned with Google's evolving product and market priorities.
