This is a mission-critical leadership role within Toast’s Retail business, reporting to the COO of Retail. You will define and drive the Retail Marketing strategy that fuels awareness, demand and revenue growth. This leader will build and lead a high-impact team who owns the full Retail marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention. You will bring a blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to elevate Toast’s retail brand and go-to-market engine in a rapidly evolving category. We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader who thrives on analytical rigor and the challenge of owning a definitive revenue number. You have a proven track record of transforming early-stage motions into high-velocity, repeatable engines of growth.
