About The Position

TEVET is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our core Test & Measurement business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and lead a national team of Account Managers and Inside Sales professionals serving the most advanced programs in aerospace, defense, and federal technology. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment — where strategy meets execution and relationships fuel results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive-level sales leadership experience in the Test & Measurement, Aerospace & Defense, or Technology Distribution sectors.
  • Proven success building and scaling national B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key accounts with major defense contractors and federal agencies.
  • Deep understanding of OEM and distribution models within Test & Measurement.
  • Proficiency in CRM and business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite.
  • Strong strategic vision balanced by operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand TEVET’s market share and exceed revenue goals.
  • Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization that embodies TEVET’s core values.
  • Customer Engagement: Deepen relationships with existing Federal agencies, primes, and OEM partners, while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align sales execution with company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving procurement landscapes.
  • Data-Driven Management: Use analytics and forecasting to measure performance, refine strategies, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent TEVET at industry conferences, supplier summits, and customer engagements — amplifying our brand as a mission-first, service-driven partner.
