Position Description We are seeking a hire to join our dynamic and experienced Secondary Team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investments, while managing deal processes end-to-end. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, supporting operational initiatives, and contributing to firm-level projects, including fundraising and existing LP relations. This position is designed as a 3–4 year role with potential for career progression based on performance and firm needs. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and a performance-based annual bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investment processes, including due diligence on venture funds and portfolio companies.
  • Source and evaluate new opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Mentor, manage, and train junior team members.
  • Analyze market trends and develop investment theses around emerging tech sectors and high-growth companies.
  • Represent the firm at annual meetings, investor conferences, and events.
  • Monitor and manage existing portfolio holdings.
  • Assist with investor relations, including fundraising support, annual meetings, and quarterly reporting.
