About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Videographer to join the HomeShine Studios team within PurposeBuilt Brands. HomeShine Studios is PBB’s internal creative agency that creates breakthrough communication for PBB’s portfolio of consumer and commercial brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing impactful product demos that highlight the unique benefit visualizations of our products to be used across static and video content.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in photography/videography with bachelor’s degree in film production, media production, or a related field.
  • A dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including original captured footage in video content.
  • Proficient in capturing photo and video content through agile shoots.
  • Must have a strong eye for lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • A general understanding of prop styling and set design.
  • Experience capturing content in studio and on location.
  • Experience working with talent on set.
  • Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute photo/video shoots in an efficient, agile manner that aligns to brand standards and meets the need of brand strategy.
  • Capture products demos that educate viewers by highlighting product benefits and clearly demonstrating product use steps.
  • Develop assets, such as, mood boards, shot-lists and pre-pro decks as needed to create efficiency and alignment within the creative development process.
  • Utilize technical expertise to operate camera and stage lighting.
  • Edit and enhance photos/videos in post-production to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stage and shoot lifestyle photos/videos that showcase the product in an environmental context.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that effectively communicate our brand message and product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of our creative content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
