About The Position

WeedX Fertilizing is a growing U.S.-based lawn care company providing professional fertilization and weed control services to residential and commercial customers. We value professionalism, responsiveness, and long-term relationships — with both our customers and our team. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with sales ability to support customer communication, scheduling, and lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Based in Latin America
  • Strong written and spoken English (sales conversations required)
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and closing warm leads
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow scripts, systems, and workflows
  • Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Virtual Assistant or Inside Sales experience
  • Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Jobber, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Experience in lawn care, home services, or property services

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries (calls, texts, emails, web leads)
  • Follow up on estimates and warm leads
  • Educate customers on WeedX services and programs
  • Assist with closing new customers using provided scripts
  • Track lead status and conversion in the CRM
  • Answer customer questions professionally and promptly
  • Handle service inquiries, scheduling changes, and basic issues
  • Maintain a positive customer experience
  • Schedule lawn applications and service appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
  • Ensure all leads, estimates, and jobs are properly tracked
  • Data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Invoice and payment follow-ups
  • File and document organization
  • Review follow-ups and reputation management
  • Social media message responses
  • Light marketing or outreach support
