This position manages the Retail Banking operations to the extent required to maintain consistent operational policy, process and procedures within the branch network. Evaluates, coaches, and audits operational processes, policies, procedures and systems for Retail Branch Operations while working in conjunction with Retail Operations, Deposit and Loan Services, and Learning & Development. Reviews all policy and procedures to branches and ensures branches are all up to date. Provides training and ongoing skill development for branch colleagues. Provides operational guidance to Retail Administration.
