About The Position

The Vice President of Enterprise Technology Delivery is responsible for the development, integration, and operational execution of enterprise technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational excellence. This role directly leads multiple development and delivery teams, overseeing both internally built applications and externally sourced platforms, working in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure high-quality execution and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise technology development and delivery.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise application development, data engineering, solution architecture, and integrations.
  • Experience leading internal and external teams, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and enterprise data strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment between technical teams and business leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Technology Development and Delivery Directly oversee the development, configuration, and delivery of internally built applications and externally sourced enterprise platforms, including but not limited to, Oracle Fusion, SAP Commerce, Salesforce and Google Cloud.
  • Lead teams responsible for application engineering, integrations, and data platform development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Establish and manage development roadmaps, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility and operational sustainability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs, revenue goals, and customer experience improvements.
  • Application and Platform Engineering Own the design, development, and lifecycle management of proprietary business applications supporting critical business functions.
  • Oversee customized platforms providing financial management, claims processing, and e-commerce capabilities, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise workflows.
  • Manage internal development teams and external vendors to execute high-quality software delivery and system enhancements.
  • Enterprise Data Engineering and Integration Ensure the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide data pipelines, supporting structured data ingestion, transformation, and governance.
  • Oversee integration frameworks and API strategies to enable seamless connectivity between enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data platforms, enabling business users to leverage insights for decision-making.
  • Architecture and Solution Design Oversee the Solution Design process from solution identification through conceptual design to solution delivery of DRVN technologies and capabilities
  • Manage Enterprise Architecture team in developing Enterprise Standards, Architecture Roadmaps, and Architectural Review processes
  • Provide technical and architecture guidance as needed to Business, Business Alignment and Solution Delivery Teams and advocate the communication of and adherence to defined application architecture strategy.
  • Operational Execution and Technology Support Directly oversee technology operations teams responsible for enterprise system support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Define and implement best practices for system performance monitoring, proactive issue resolution, and ongoing platform optimization.
  • Establish KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure system performance, team effectiveness, and vendor accountability.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business impact.
