The Opportunity: As the VP, Finance- Office of the CFO, you will help ensure that every touchpoint is meaningful and contributes to our mission of redefining the possibilities in healthcare. The successful candidate will assist the SVP, Finance & Business Development in leading the new Office of the CFO department, and will be responsible for client-facing support. The role requires a strong background in healthcare finance, proven experience driving operational efficiency, and the leadership capabilities to hire and lead a team of talented professionals to continuously advance Ensemble Health Partner's position as a leader in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on clinical and operational performance
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations
  • Proficiency in Epic
  • Exhibits executive presence and comfortably works with executives at all levels
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence while recognizing the needs of others
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas

  • CPA/CFA preferred

  • Oversees recruitment, retention, and development strategies for finance talent; establishes a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the department aligned with organizational values.
  • Establishes service excellence standards and accountability measures; ensures consistent delivery of trusted, timely, and high-impact analytics solutions to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested.
