We are seeking a visionary, execution-driven senior leader to develop, implement and maintain a world-class quality management system (QMS). You will be deeply embedded in our operations, “on the floor”, in audits, with customers, and inside our systems, driving real change across a complex data-driven company. This role will own the Quality strategy, personally lead implement strategy, and build systems that scale with growth and operate with the highest level of efficiency and optimal accuracy. The successful candidate will bring recent experience implementing and transforming outcomes through a quality management system with a proven track record of driving substantial quality advancements, delivering measurable improvement and sustained performance over time. Success in the Role Includes: Best-in-class quality system, adopted through effective change management leadership, that grows with the business. Measurable advancement in automating quality controls and improved first pass yield within each step in the process stream. Improved operational metrics including first time right, reduced defects per client, reduced cycle time, and cost per unit. Strong evidence of collaboration and influence across both leadership and “on the floor” employees. Continuous improvement mindset that effectively challenges the organization to rise and raise the bar on quality and personal ownership of overall quality services and products.
