About The Position

We are seeking an IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst to support hardware intake, provisioning, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management for retail and store environments across the country. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with IT hardware, and comfort working in warehouse or stockroom environments. Retail technology experience is a plus, as you’ll support devices such as POS systems, mobile units, computers, walkies, and other operational hardware. Collaboration and strong customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management, warehouse operations, logistics, technician work, or an analytical role
Experience with IT hardware including desktops, laptops, POS devices, mobile devices, printers, radios, and peripherals
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

Exposure to retail hardware or retail technology support preferred
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/HAM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Support hardware intake, tracking, labeling, and lifecycle management across multiple retail and warehouse locations
Analyze device options to ensure compatibility and meet business needs
Process new hardware orders, break-fix requests, replacements, and provisioning tasks
Maintain accurate inventory of devices and peripherals using HAM/ITSM tools
Support physical workflows: receiving, staging, organizing, and shipping devices
Update asset records and documentation in systems such as ServiceNow
Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Monitor retail technology trends and follow established hardware standards
Use metrics and data to support process improvements and operational accuracy
