WHAT YOU WILL DO: ● Support global asset management standards and follow established procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. ● Provide technical support for a range of devices including, but not limited to, Apple and Windows products. ● Deliver software support for both macOS and Windows environments (including Boot Camp and Parallels) ● Perform triage and validation of assets to confirm configuration, functionality, and cosmetic condition prior to deployment. ● Troubleshoot internal systems and processes to ensure asset records remain accurate and up to date. ● Maintain partner deadlines and service-level expectations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. ● Compile and update asset data in relevant systems and provide reporting to management when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, asset management, or IT logistics environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Apple and Windows devices and operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for software and configuration support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MES, WMS, or other asset tracking and logistics systems.
  • Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle processes, including deployment and decommissioning.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare assets for shipment, including picking, packaging, labeling, and coordinating courier dispatch.
  • Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying serial numbers and ensuring data accuracy during intake.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain stock organization and traceability.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments and ensure safe handling of IT equipment at all times.
  • Update customer and internal portals with real-time asset status to ensure full lifecycle visibility.
  • Travel within the region as required to support on-site requests or time-sensitive deliveries.
