About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes run smoothly. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining safety and security protocols, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that daily workflow aligns with company objectives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse environments.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
  • Delegate daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations for performance.
  • Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and overall productivity.
  • Maintain positive team culture, addressing any conflicts or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Promote and encourage site safety to associates.
  • Report and correct any unsafe conditions or equipment within the facility.
