Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success
• Someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes
• Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and in the correct sequence
• Secure products for transport to prevent damage
• Work as part of a coordinated, high-energy team to keep operations moving
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading
• Track down missing items and resolve discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program
• Model Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude
