About The Position

About the Role: As Kalmbach Feeds continues to grow, we are expanding our Utility team to support our busy warehouse operations. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility. In this role, you will assist with general material handling, support multiple departments, and help ensure our warehouse remains efficient and well-maintained. Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with general warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, material movement, staging, sorting, and palletizing Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, mopping, clearing damaged bags, breaking down cardboard, managing trash/recycling, and operating the sweeper/scrubber Support production and packaging teams with material handling and restock supplies as needed Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts) once trained Follow all safety procedures and report any damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns Provide flexible support to multiple departments based on daily operational needs Perform outdoor housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness of parking lots, grain bins, liquid tanks, load-out areas, and surrounding facility grounds. Responsibilities
