About The Position

Position Overview The primary focus of a warehouse worker is to provide a high level of customer service to our field operations while meeting defined quality and on time performance standards. A warehouse worker must work safely while adapting to the changing needs of our business. Technical Responsibilities of the Job Pull warehouse orders according to documented standard works using a RF terminal. Load Villara delivery vehicles according to routing instructions and standard work. Support our field operation with precise order fulfillment. Move materials within the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy. Maintain housekeeping standards and address potential workplace hazards. Requirements

Hold a valid California Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent
All physical requirements are noted on the Physical Requirements document for warehouse worker.
Clocking in to start work one minute late is considered late.
Maintain a professional attitude.
35 lines per hour after first 30 days of employment
45 lines per hour after first 90 days of employment.
All Villara employees are expected to work well with other team members, sub-contractors, and customers
A warehouse worker must be in good attendance and performance standing to be eligible for transfer or promotion.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification preferred.
HVAC and plumbing parts knowledge preferred.
