Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree
  • Proven experience in warranty administration, customer service, or a related role within retail or product support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage warranty claims by verifying product eligibility and warranty terms according to company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors regarding warranty inquiries and claim status updates.
