About The Position

The Technician is a key position at our Water Resources division. When you’re in the building, you’re responsible for the warehouse functions, including, but not limited to, shipping, receiving, and inventory. In the field, you perform on-site visits to ensure proper installation of supplied products and assist in the correction of any issues found during inspection. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you’ll primarily work about 50% independently in the Warehouse, and 50% in the field on construction sites, working directly with General Contractors. Much like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his Company in 1968. Since founded, we’ve been supporting communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, and Hawaii. The Water Resources Division delivers complete systems for the most demanding stormwater, pump station and onsite wastewater projects. We collaborate with engineers and contractors for the best design, bid, and build outcomes for your project needs. Responsibilities

• Receiving, offloading, and inspecting inbound shipments.
• Assembling and packaging items for outbound shipping.
• Performing inspection of pump stations, troubleshooting electrical controls and mechanical pumping systems.
• Coordinating with customer to schedule on-site visits to verify proper installation and operation of the system whilst performing in-field client training.
• Assisting customers with warranty or service calls and coordinating with the Customer Service Manager to resolve customer concerns.
