The Youth and Family Services Division , Multnomah County Department of County Human Services is looking to fill one (1) Full Time Weatherization Inspector position. This position is scheduled as hybrid telework 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch. Th e on-site location for this position is located at 209 SW 4th Ave, Portland OR 97204. All employees must reside in Oregon or Washington; the county cannot support ongoing telework from other locations. The eligible list created from this recruitment may be used to fill future regular, limited duration, temporary, on-call, full or part-time assignments within the department. Part of the mission of the Youth and Family Services Division is to help people get the services they need to fight poverty and increase academic success. Some of the services we provide are energy efficiency and weatherization, energy assistance, homelessness and housing, and anti-poverty and prosperity. A variety of services and supports addressing a range of prevention, intervention, and treatment are made available to the more than 55, 000 households in the community that meet federal poverty guidelines.
