About The Position

SAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, Web Design Developer to support the HWIL Modeling and Simulation Development (HMSD) contract to develop and program eLearning training products through interactive Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) for government and commercial clients.
NOTE: This position is fully Remote / Work from Home.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design, develop, and program interactive eLearning training products, including Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) for government and commercial clients.
Collaborate with team members, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and customers to create engaging training solutions, integrating interactive exercises, animations, graphics, and media.
Develop custom client-side code (JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS) for Learning Management System (LMS) deployment, adhering to SCORM and xAPI standards.
Stay current with eLearning tools, technologies, and industry trends, delivering high-quality products that meet deadlines and project requirements.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and zero (0)+ years of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience in front-end development such as in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and XML.
• Familiarity with popular frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Preact.
• Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) integration and SCORM or xAPI authoring, with the ability to write clean, concise, and well-commented code.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, no clearance required prior to hire; SAIC will help to obtain.
• Must be a current US Citizen.
