Safe Transportation : Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed. Team Development : Educates, trains, and encourages team members on personalized activity opportunities. Warm Welcome : Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding. Event Planning : Decorate common areas for special events and holidays. Activity Documentation : Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories. Compliance Mastery : Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights. Professional Development : Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning. Requirements

Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care.
1+ year of experience in a similar role
Must have the ability to connect and engage.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Basic understanding of computer programs.

Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed.
Educates, trains, and encourages team members on personalized activity opportunities.
Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding.
Decorate common areas for special events and holidays.
Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories.
Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning.
Other duties as assigned.
