Behavioral & Habit Coaching: Utilize high emotional intelligence and empathy to help clients navigate emotional eating, overcome self-sabotage, and build sustainable, long-term health habits.
Results-Driven Strategy: Set realistic benchmarks and meticulously track progress, dynamically adjusting plans to help clients overcome specific challenges.
Inspiring Communication: Act as a motivational catalyst through insightful questioning and a genuinely upbeat, approachable personality that encourages client movement and activity.
Operational Autonomy: Function as a self-motivated "hard worker" who takes initiative, manages multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Expertly deliver specialized body sculpting treatments to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling and general studio flow.
Capture high-quality before-and-after photos to track and celebrate client transformations.
Securely handle and process client payments and financial transactions.
Maintain a consistent full-time schedule to support the studio’s operational needs.
Execute various additional studio tasks ("and more") to ensure a seamless business environment.
